In my experience that issue is always caused by a bad upload. You can test this by publishing that form to S-Drive. If it works there, then you know the project file is fine and the problem is with the uploading.

I have the same problem!

Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
• Failed to read or decode form configuration .

I have tried every thing at least 3 times and I can not get the CCup Form builder to work on my website.
(A wasted day)
That was the main reason I purchased the software. Everyone can supply you with a software that builds the form but I have been looking for over a year for anyone that know how to make the form process at the server. Anyone know someone who knows forms and form processing?

Well, that is no good. Open up a support ticket and include your .fb file and link to the form on your server and we will take a look at the issue.

Hello,
I use form builder version 2.5 build 5437. I have had numerous forms on my site for years.
My isp recently upgraded php to version 7.3
I was able to use the PHP Version Manager in cpanel to roll it back.
I rolled back to:
PHP Version Updated!
PHP version on /home/theatre3/public_html has been updated. New version is PHP 7.0.33 . I republished all the folders and all except one form work again. I am still getting an error message on this page( https://theatrethree.com/volunteer.html) I get the error message:
Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
Failed to read or decode form configuration.

Can you check it out and HELP!?

Thank you in advance!, Russell Pulick , rpp44@optonline.net.

Hi Russell,
I would open a support topic as this type of error is hard to diagnose. Post back when you get an answer.
