Confirmation emails not sending to...

Good evening fellow coffeecuppers,

Has anyone had an issue with WFB not sending confirmation emails to hotmail accounts. I have a client that we cannot for the life of us get it to send to him. If i change the email address to a gmail account of his it sends no problem.

Any ideas?

I have managed to fix my issues by changing the subject line in the form settings. When we first tested the form with the new subject line it did send and show up in junk. We marked it as not junk and the form sent without hesitation.

We looked all over in settings/block sender options thinking it was junked some how but could not find it anywhere. Not sure if Outlook.com has some strange screening going on to help prevent spam but it appears so. If I used any other email address other than hotmail.com it worked flawlessly.
