Is there a way that appon using the drop down menu to select item of purchase. The item selected would be a ex. Custom Size and then there able to input the size and have that displayed as well on the check out form...??? Cause I see you have a number input that can be used for payment but i need a text input. So they can input L x W x H dimensions.

Just add it as a separate field in the form itself.

Hiya Louis,

If they submit the form, all the results of that form are going to be sent to you if you have that set to email you when they submit. All the information will be there that they input and just match that up with whatever they ordered and it should be all good. If you don't have it sending you a results email that would be why you don't know what they filled in? Guessing here as I haven't done anything with the payment options as of yet.

I'm aware I will receive a email on form input but how does the customer know that before hitting the paypal purchase that they entered the correct size if it won’t display it until they've completed order and get a email...?

Also just noticed one other issue! I've listed my form that they can choose standard or better quality with set prices and given them a drop down of all available sizes but entered “0.00” for price! Now when they choose their size and submitted it the form it doesn’t show the size selected as well?

Need corrected ASAP as this website is going live tomorrow and these issues are what is holding me back from posting……

Why not put the the size choice as a section option on the form?;)

I moved this topic to a support ticket and I did put as a drop down option but custom size is one of the options! So if custom was selected they have to in put size and would like that size to come out on check out summary before they submit to paypal checkout..!

Input boxes are not tied to any payment options. You can only tie Radio buttons, Drop Down Lists or Checkboxes. No other elements are tied to payments. So for what you want to do with custom sizes will not work.
