I seem to be having a problem placing the calendar and another program on a same web page. The following is a link to the index page: http://www.artdelordinaire.com. Both programs have elements that must be inserted in the HEAD code of the web page. I have tried inversing both the script for the calendar and the other program. I never get both to show correctly. At present I set calendar after the other program. I can see the calendar, but I it does not show the events box when I click the date. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Carole,
Try moving your calender scripts to below your lightbox scripts.
Looks like a Jquery conflict.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Sorry, I have not been back for a few days.
I am sure it is a Jquery conflict and I did move the script below the Lightbox script but then my Lightbox script does not work. Could you help? Any other suggestions?
Thank you for any help.

A quick remedy when running into a script conflict can be to put one or the other element in an iframe window. It's not always the best thing to do based on how you need the element to function, but it works in many cases.

Many thanks to all.
I tried the jQuery option, but I probably did not do it correctly as it did not work.
But, I tried the answer given by Mr. Brian Durfee and that worked for me. The coding might not be pretty, but the display works perfectly in Firefox, but not so much in IE. I must be doing something wrong again! Please help!

Sorry... My last post was not correct. I had forgotten to empty the cache, that was the problem with IE. Mr. Durfee, I thank you for the correct answer to my problem. Problem solved.
