When trying to uninstall the trial version the uninstaller can't open the install log file. I tried re-downloading and installing over the top but got the same error.

I would suggest you put in a support ticket to get help with this if someone doesn't answer it by tomorrow evening. I know I've seen others post about this every once in a great while, but I don't recall what they had to do to fix it sorry. Hopefully someone will have an easy answer for you, but if not then be sure to put in a support ticket as I'm sure the team can help ya
