I think I've been doing the majority of deleting and maybe 100% of banning.
Before getting trigger happy, I try to make sure that their sole purpose of signing up in the forums is to spam rather than an actual paying customer who happened to throw out a name/link. If we miss one, there's a "Report" link next to the Quote link for each post. I just recently noticed where the results go for those that Report links for whatever reason (spam, language, etc).
There's been a lot more lately than usual though. Perhaps people are finding out how well CoffeeCup is ranked on the search engines.

I delete, ban and ask questions later.
Let's not get all hurt.
I say ban them at the first sign. If they have something in there sig(providing it's not cc competitor software-cc is host), and they have real post that are on topic, that's good with me.
This forum is still better than a lot in that you don't have fights, threads getting hijacked, iframes to increase bonets(viruses, yuk)or stuffing, and of course, complaints from people getting ripped off from services offered.

The forums should now only allow posting from registered users (paying customers). I could be wrong, but I believe that's what I was told.
