hahaha that's too true though. I really hope CC gets that message and customization feature in soon. To be honest, I wouldn't even consider completing a purchase without seeing some kind of instruction "before" I order that tells me how to submit my customization information. Haven't looked at yours Viv so that comment isn't in respect to your site, no idea there, just saying what would make a difference to me.

Obviously if your site does have it they didn't see it lol. Blind purchases, gotta love em lol.

I've seen things like that 'pay first - ask later' in accommodations booking. But scammers seem to pay 10 times the amount asked and then follow up immediately with a mail telling about their mistake, that they had added a zero too much and please return what is too much. A naive person would probably do that - and then after a day or so discover that the money transaction from the scammer had been cancelled, and he had paid a lot of money for nothing.

This order all looks perfectly genuine, confirmed Paypoo address and its only a small amount, just usually expect with my products that an un certain customer tends to phone me before ordering, which is generally the case for every order i get of £200 or more.

Still surprises me to this day that i get customers regularly spending £350.00 or more and not even a phone call, or an email, just an instant payment, to be honest after 20 years of retail, this internet business for me is like manna from heaven

Sirage :: my sentiments precisely , trouble is having delved into selling on the internet, i could possibly re fund a good 50% of orders from crazy people.

Also says large ladies xtra small gents signet ring :: ( Z + 4 is an extra extra large mans )

Ah! Viv I had a customer who wanted a refund as he was not using usb drives the program was all about, so I said I would refund if he destroyed this software, As if. Any way as I refunded the first transaction this person paid for 4 more copies. I contacted him and pleaded with him to stop buying copies. which in reply he said he was practicing how to buy stuff online. Said then forget the rest he had fun learning.

So richer for the experience but still getting over the fact that a person could do that. I always wondered who he practiced with next.
