Yea, a lot of people have suggested auction software.
The philosopher has not done philosophy until he has acted upon the mere conviction of his idea; for proof of the theory is in the act, not the idea.

YEAH! What Eric and Gary said. I would love to have an auction module to add to my website. I tried a couple of others and they were so buggy and not secure that I had to actually abandon an email address because every spaminator in the world infiltrated the program.

I have used this one and had no problems with it whatsoever. I actually built a small auction site using this software:

I second that.
Something that you could fill out with the item you want to sell, insert pictures etc and then upload to the ebay site of your choice.

If any of you have access to cpanel for your hosting accounts, you should find that there area a few different auction softwares available to install on your servers there.

With the auction site, my suggestion would be to have both residential real estate and commercial real estate related options available. If you do, you will have many, many sales from both those related industries, and I too will be purchasing it as well.

Stand alone auction site. So you dont need EBAY.

LOL. Ebay is trusted. People won't leave Ebay and flock to another site because it comes online.
