You will not be able to bring that theme or indeed any outsider theme into SD unless you put it into an html element

However, something like that you could do yourself within Site Designer, and perhaps make it better & more individual with probably the same amount of work & effort

My question was if I buy SD new version will it help me create a site like this?
I do not wish to import a WP site.I have SD when it first came out so I may just just
update instead of buying the WP theme.

Make sense?

Your question wasn't clear then & if you already have SD then you should know the answer regardless of which version you have

Since Site Designer can help build any website, I think perhaps the question is whether any of the themes for the latest version of Site Designer would include a fair number of ready-made sections similar to those in the website mentioned.

I tend not to use themes, but perhaps the answer to my tentative interpretation of the question might be provided by
(a) checking out the free trial here, and
(b) those users who have experience of the various themes available for SD.

For each new version of SD new things are added, or flaws are fixed, so I would recommend keeping the programme updated. The current version at least seems to be better and sturdier than earlier ones. Now we also have themes included with the new version, and there are some more themes to be fetched from the theme shop.

I don't use themes, but it might be an idea to look for a theme that has some features that you are interested in, and then just use the part of a theme that you need to achieve something special.

We are also waiting for the components to be available. That seems to take time, and in order to help out, I have created my own library of building blocks where everyone can help themselves. See link in my signature.
