Hi Sarah,
Every one does things a bit differently so the attached file is just for your reference as to how I did the containers and the blue border, etc. Hopefully it will help you figure things out.

John
That looks good from here
@ Sarah
Just a small thing to suggest
At mobile width (ss far left as the slider will go
give the "CONTAINER !" some padding all round say 10 px
this will help keep the content from possibly overflowing at the edges especially for mobile devices that have bevelled edges. You can safely leave that padding on all the way up no worries

Then from the right of the last blue default breakpoint, give
"CONTAINER-2 maximum width of 1200px this will help stop that container from spreading too much on larger screen sizes.

MAXIMUM WIDTH (not width)

Thank you Steve,
I'm sharing the project file via Dropbox link as the file was too large for the Coffeecup server on this thread.
I'd very much appreciate any help you can give.

Hi John,
Thanks for your file, much appreciated - but unfortunately I'm running an older version of the software and can't open it :-(

select container-1
Move your slider right down to the left almost as far as it will go
You have 2 choices each uses the "FLEX"

choice 1
the menu links in a row evenly spaced and cantered along the horizontal axis
go to the 'STYLES" tab and down to the "Layout" Section

choose the tab "FLEX"
make the settings
DIRECTION = row
WRAP = wrap
ALIGN
content'"flex start"
items= center
JUSTIFY
content = space around

select a link
make the width = auto
set the padding to 5px 10px 5px 10 px
(check it at all breakpoints and make it auto and padding at all breakpoints as necessary)

iI would also make it 600 semi bold (easier for users to read.

choice 2
same as above but

make the settings
DIRECTION = column
WRAP = no wrap
ALIGN
content'"flex start"
items= center
JUSTIFY
content = center

The links set tp widthe 200px or whatever you prefer

I would also make "PARAGRAPH-1 600 semi-bold too

finally as I mentioned in a previous post

you should give the BODY a padding of at least 5px all round to bring the clue border away from the edges a bit (at larger breakpoints you could change it back to 0 but personally it's better with padding

Final finally

you have declared the language as ENGLISH on all other pages except the index page??

Thank you all for your help.
I have managed to upload the project successfully now. I found that changing the settings from 'flat' to 'modular' solved the container upload problem.
