I am impressed by the calm and factual tone you all displayed in response to the indeed (unnecessary) sarcastic post. Personally I not inclined to respond to posts like that

I can confirm that RSD V3 will ship the latest release version of Bootstrap 4....as well as with the latest release version of Foundation, as well as with Materialize (beta) — both of which I would choose over Bootstrap.

SO, getting back to my original question: WHEN?? Version 3, which we will all have to buy, but when do we get the opportunity?

I like Bootstrap, as I like how comparatively easy it is to get directly involved in the coding
(given its common use / support elsewhere), and so its relatively much greater maturity, compared to something like Materialize, which is still in Beta?
I'm not a "professional developer", so appreciate that greater support available elsewhere
