Is there a setting somewhere that will let us turn off the pop up tips, etc.?

I appreciate all the hard work and I know that new users will benefit from those tips. But for me and I'm sure others it's a concentration interruption that I don't need.
My work time is limited and I need to get as much done in a small amount of time so it's just a distraction for me.

I might start to use a feature I've not used before and be glad of the tip for that feature. Could we perhaps have a 'Don't show this tip again' option on the tip itself please?
The above could be in addition to an option in the Project Settings to turn off all tips as requested in the previous posts.
