Added SMOOTH SCROLL (new in foundation 6.4.1) to:
STEP BY STEP TUTORIALS for RSD FOUNDATION
At this point you have to use a custom ATTRIBUTE as it's not in the RSD dropdown list as yet

Also there is a jQuery page scroll ADD IN as another option.

Hi Alter Eagle

Nice tutorial for the smooth scroll,, Just a small suggestion though

It might be useful to mention about data-smooth-scroll attribute not being available in RSD attributes,, yet & so they needs to use the custom selection in order to populate the attribute a bit sooner

for example you mention giving

Smooth scroll comes from a # (hashtag) link
On any linkable element
You put the hashtag ID name
and the attribute data-smooth-scroll
So if goes to an ID of yourID
The link would be #yourID
with that attribute

But you mention about that not being available yet a BIT later in the tutorial

Just a thought to help complete beginners who might try this out who might wonder whats going on when they attempt to find the attribute not knowing it needs to be dome through the custom selection

Hello Alter Eagle,
Question in regard to the "Smooth Scroll" you are so kind to share, you have it as RSD Foundation just wondering will it also work if opened to be used in the standalone Foundation Framer? I downloaded and it have the zip file and when I look at the file it is a RSD file. That is fine as it probably is for RSD 2.5 that has the FF and BB in it.
Will it also work on the FF standalone not RSD 2.5 if I open it???
Looks good and something I am interested in.

Hi Ray,

You cannot open a rsd project in FF. You can open a FF in RSD but only once. When you save the project it will convert it to RSD.

Hello Steve
Thanks I appreciate the reply will open on computer that has the RSD 2.5 installed. My other one I keep FF as a standalone along with RSD 1.5.
Just wondering than if I can make it a component so I can use later?
Your work Steve is Outstanding.

Yes you can but remember it's application specific. You will want to add the component to you library.

Ray I am pretty sure that the custom smooth scroll attribute doesn't work in RFF version 2.1 not sure about version 2.5 as I haven't got that yet
