Hi Teofilo,
Have you tried reinstalling SD again?
I would uninstall and reinstall.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi Teofilo,

You need to update to version 5.0 3360. Versions older than that will probably not open on Big Sur.

Well, in this case that of paying 1 time and having it always, is not true, because it is no longer compatible with BigSur, so since I feel obliged to buy I am not going to do it. Coffeecup should allow us continue using version 4, which is what corresponds and then according to the client's convenience, upgrade, but my investment is no longer useful. Thanks

Or remove bigsur whatever that is and install the operating system that works with your version of site designer

Teofilo, Coffeecup allows you to use their software forever. But they are not responsible for what new things companies like Windows or Apple come up with. All they can do is creating new versions of their own software, to make it compatible with whatever changes the operative systems have undergone. That, of course, is not without costs, so, therefore, they have to make people pay for upgrades.

But what about yourself, when did you buy Site designer? If it was less than a year ago, then you don't have to pay for the latest version. Check 'Your purchases' under your name top right on this page and see if you don't have the upgrade right there.

RULE OF THUMB

Don't upgrade an operating system without doing a compatibly test on all your software.

Yes especially with Mac IOS! I have so many different apps that will not work with Big Sur.
