I have a site

Yesterday I made aditions to the site and they look fine on my computer and my test computers. But at the client the additions aren't responding correctly - about half way down there is a blue row with a jpg and copy next to it. Right below the blue row the top 2 pics were added. They show up smaller also. Not on all machines.
I almost thought it was a browser issue but the clients machine is new.
Any thoughts folks?

Ten steps and articles from the owner and the illustration. They look fine on mine to but not on his and I found an old computer running Win 7 and its wrong n that one to.

Tell him to rip out the machine that doesn't do it, and throw it into the deep end of one of the pools he has built
seriously it's impossible to even guess what's going on without getting to grips with the actual machine and is that your responsibility as the webmaster??? if it was occurring on all perhaps but only 1. I have tried it on all major browsers including the latest kids on the block, and it behaves ok (except the social icons need tweeking at laptop device sizes (they are a bit big and not align, but a small detail only

I too see that watermark saying 'Houston Cool Pools'. If Byron didn't put it there, it seems fair to assume that someone else did.
It also seems reasonable for Byron to request screen-shots of the problems which the client mentions unless Byron has himself seen those problems on his client's computers. Those screen-shots could also be attached here to help forum users identify the cause of the problems.
