The problem is that in Site Designer that doesn't actually work in so much as the font doesn't display the chosen font until the project is exported and then depending on the link, maybe not even until hosted on a server (other than local)
And by just downloading them from Google you still have to agree to their terms and conditions that they can track users that visit your website via Ip address.
This may prove to be confusing for a lot of newcomers and less experienced users and far from being a simple solution.
My recommendation to anyone following this thread and wishing to comply (avoid situations arising) is to word the cookies pop up (which most of us should have now as standard, and is no longer an option, but a legal requirement in a lot of countries) to say something along the lines of (Third Party websites may place tracker/cookies. If you do not agree to that then you should set your preferences on your browser) or words to that effect.
As a further precaution, you should also have your "Privacy Policy" say something similar in the section "Third Party Cookies" if you don't have such a section, then you should create one. The privacy policy also needs to have a system whereby a visitor who reads it cannot close it without hitting the "agree to the privacy policy button"
This isn't exactly a simple solution either, but it should cover those delicate bits, and be enough to negate any litigation from anyone who may try it on.
