Does anyone know of a book I can purchase to help me creating a webpage using the Responsive Site Designer software?

I don't think there is such a book. But you can find videos (see under the menu button 'Community', and also you can search for articles in 'your support room' under your name (top right).

Other than that, there are a lot of users who will help you if you ask your questions in this forum. If you want someone to look into some problem you have with a project, the best would be to post the project file, zipped, here (or in your dropbox if it is a large file).

The menus have recently been altered somewhat, and I'm wondering whether perhaps the reference would now be, "... in 'Support', under 'Community'" (i.e. here).

I love the RSD software but having to go online for reference about the commands is a pain in the butt.
CoffeeCup should consider providing a manual that can be downloaded and let the videos compliment
the manual.

There never will be a manual. This tech is changing up updating so often that I would be a huge waist of time. There is lots of video tutorials out there to assist in almost anything you may need.
