How to add "curly quotes" - Post ID...

Am developing a page for testimonials and would like to have curly quotes next to the beginning of each testimonial.

I tried buy creating a picture, but couldn't figure out how to keep it left justified through different breakpoints.

try this
make sure the container with the image & text is set to "block'

the image set to float-left add a touch of left margin if it's too close & top or bottom to place it atr the height you want

Or use the blockquote element then the text editor to make the left quotation mark larger,,

It may also be useful to note that the font icons include 'quotes-left' and 'quotes-right'.
