So why are you not putting the form you created straight into Site Designer (using a component (Content section)) for the expoerted WebForm Builder link (php)and the manually exported files into the root folder of your website??

Unless of course you don't have the web form builder that is PHP version 8 compatible, in which case you would just make the form in site designer and then add custom PHP code to the root of your project.
You can grab the custom PHP code from Inger's mock up components page by downloading the custom form she has available which includes the PHP code

I actually do this, but I wanted to see if there was a way to customize it a bit more. I'm working on setting up users with php but do not like the format of the formula I am using, and would prefer to build it versus using the default version. If I can make a login/register page using webform builder that is ideal, but I am not sure how to do that is all.

I'd love to buy this right now, but I simply don't have the extra funds to purchase it immediately. Maybe another time!

So why not follow the same procedure as Eric suggested, but instead of using "Web Form Designer", use
the built in features
