Error message: "Some pictures have been blocked to help prevent the sender from identifying your computer. Open this item to view the pictures."

When I upload my webpage to the server only the text is shown and none of the graphics. What am I doing wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks.

Can you share a link to your site so we can see the issue?

Hi Eric,

Many thanks for replying.

My site is www.mybestselfhypnotherapy.com I uploaded this last week and it's fine but this is the page I wanted to upload today https://www.mybestselfhypnotherapy.com/reflection.html and as you can see, no graphics showing.

Have you tried to do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 or Shift + the normal refresh button)? It may be that the CSS files failed to update as fast as the HTML file.

Hi Inger,

I have tried a refresh but still get the same problem. I'm really struggling here!

Everything was fine the other day - I uploaded two new pages with graphics with no problem but today I get this error, very strange.

Many thanks,
Gwynneth

I often experience this problem especially using CoffeeCup FTP, is that what you used to upload your files?

My workaround for this is to upload my image files directly to your website folders on the hosting service

Hi again
well I looked at the new page and from here in Indonesia, with an extremely slow internet, the images eventually appeared, the culprit was the video that is in the top section, then there is the one in the contact section, which is not as big but still holds up the loading of the page

In site designer do you have the "Lazy Loading Enabled" box selected?

Hi Wayan,

Many thanks for replying.

I am now getting this error when trying to export my page in Site Designer (file attached).

Still no graphics when uploading to my server. When publishing to Coffee Cup server there is no problem; very strange.

Regards,
Gwynneth

Hmmm,
never seen that error before,, If you would like I can take a look at the project folder(if you Zip it you can send it by dropbox or WeTransfer to my Email address (get that from the link below) and I can take a quick bo-peep, otherwise you may have to send it to CC Support and they can look at it, but not as quickly as I can (they are busy), and I might just throw in a way to help stop the jumping in the slider for different size images :D

Hi Wayan,

When I try to access your e-mail, I just get a DNS error - "site cannot be reached"!
