Have you set the ROW container to margins left/right = auto : auto
you have 2 containers in the row that are set to small=12 : large= 1 col ???? don't understand that

If all else fails you may need send me the project file so I can take a better BOPEEP

Just musing - it may be that container-26 is centered, but the contents of it aren't. It might be worth setting that container to Flex with Justify set to Center.
