So assuming I can get all pages in two projects, this fix would require a second domain?
http://projectA.com (first 75 pages)
http://projectB.com (remaining pages)

Then from Project A any reference to pages on Project B would be linked http://projectB.com/somepage.html
Is that correct?

You do not need two or more domains.
You just need to use separate areas (folders) to store each project but ALL in the SAME domain.
Link problems arise for some if they do not understand relative linking...good article at this site on the topic.
You can use shared CSS files for all the projects.

Hi Carolyn from sunny Bali

No not like that at all

In your html editor create a folder in the root, (call it whatever you like but something relevant would be better (you will then know the path required to set up your navigation links, which you can then enter into RSD directly (or wait until in your HTML edito to do it from there.

Export your first RSD project into the html editor root

Export your second RSD project into the new folder in your html editor

Once you have double checked all the links, spelling, declared the meta tag language thingy you simply FTP the whole thing to your domain as usual.

I have a short video showing these steps in Dreamweaver if that's the html editor you use

Have a great day wherever in the world you are

Wayan
