Googling 'gov.uk gdpr brexit' suggests that GDPR or a UK equivalent will continue to apply.

Thank you people. As a response to your comment Steve, I would have probably just googled it and come up with something like Inger(thank you Inger BTW).
Just wondered if someone had attempted a solution already within Sd3. I suppose it should quite easy, just the js to acknowledge the users first visit of your site which is what I would struggle with. Kind regards Phil
