Blog site or end user editable pages?...
Is there a way to build a website with end-user editable page elements? I'd like to build a site that the client can make changes to sections of pages or possibly add new pages but without affecting the overall site. Basically building something like would be done under Wordpress or another blogging platform but utilizing the capabilities of Site Designer V5 for the initial development.
Thanks!

I would think that you will not be able to do this with SD, or at least not with SD alone. WordPress is a CMS (content management system) made for being edited online.
However, there are 3rd party software or additions that some people here are using in connection with SD to achieve what you want. Hopefully, some of them will chime in here.

I know it can't integrate currently with WordPress, just looking to add functionality similar to WordPress (namely client updateable sections). Hopefully, someone who has used one of those add-ons will see this and respond with suggestions.

I wonder whether perhaps the following posts might still be relevant -
