Adding Structured data markup within...
I am trying to add structured data to my websites, from within Site Designer Ver 5.1 Build 3626.
To test the results I am using CC Website Insight and Google Rich Results.
First I tried adding the markup using HTML Editor Semantic Data. Adding it here would get overwritten each time the project is exported for upload.
Secondly I tried copying the exact markup text from HTML Editor into the "Before Code" and "After Code" panes of the Element Properties pane, in Site Designer.
A sample result displays as:
<span itemprop="name">
<p class="paragraph paragraph-3">SMART WEBSITE DESIGN</p>
</span>
Neither CC Website Insight nor Google Rich Results seems to see the code.
Please advise what I am missing or doing wrong?
Your advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Nick

Site Designer has it's own Structured Data" in "Page Manager" (middle-tab) use that to enter structured data.
Works everytime for me, never had any issues with it.

Hi Wayan
Thank ypou for your prompt feedback and suggestion.
I tried adding some basic info through the Page Manager option.
It seems to go in ok, can see it in the HTML of the page, but it does not get recognized by Google Rich Results or Website Insight??
Are there other ways of measuring the structured data's effectiveness?
Thank you

The subject seems quite complex. https://www.techseoexperts.com/foundati … -rankings/ looks helpful.
