I'm very desapointed !!

Looking around in many post, i have seen Scott telling that the multi language gone be fix in end of 2009. In an other post someone sayd that i have create a small software that can transalte and create new keywords based on the english ones. And then Scoot don't say nothing more about that.

I have start design site with coffecup because it was really cool to use and give us abylity to make beautyfull and easy site. I was really thinking to start from the begining before making webshop. And now i have bye nearly all the coffeecup software and the main one don' let me make my sites in French like all the others.

Nobody give answers !!

We are talking about business, not freaky people who are playing with design tools.

Please react and do something SCOOT!

It was our original plan to offer that level of support, but we just never had time to complete it. We have decided instead to simply concentrate on features and functionally that make the software better. To that end, translations have fallen to the bottom of the barrel so to speak. It doesn't mean that we will not do it, it just means that it has become a very low priority here for us.

Does this mean that your international customers have "become a very low priority"? Take it easy, you do not have to translate any software to any foreign language. We will do that, you just have to provide us with an opening or a tool to do so. We, your customers and supporters in not English speaking countries, understand English very well and are more than happy with your development software in English as is. It is when your software contains terms and phrases that will be presented to our customers and those terms and phrases can not be modified by us that we have problems, in some cases a "showstopper". We need a way to alter these terms and phrases. They are not that many and if you study what has been suggested earlier in this thread you might even find a recipe that will work. It should not be that difficult for an experienced programmer I am sure.

I love it whenever someone states something should be easy to program.

I also remember having seen somewhere that the CC shopping cart was to receive localised versions.

I approve NKM opinion: the software, by itself, can remain in English. That is OK.

What we only need is a simple way to replace the words and sentences appearing on the web pages of our stores with exact and legal terms in other languages: simple courtesy to our customers, and good commercial habits.

Using rapid shoptrad!

Choose the folder from the shop in question normally: [your site \ CCDATA \ data]

Then choose the destination for example : [your site \ CCDATA \ data \ en]

Choose the language, then click Execute. Then the modified files found
in the destination folder it remains only to be deposited on the final site in the original folder (your site \ CCDATA \ data \)

That's all for now good day
