I am the web mistress for many clients and each one has a shopping cart which I have to update frequently for them. It's a MAJOR pain to switch between carts! I open the cart I need to work on and I have to manually change the payment email and server EVERY time. This is clunky and annoying. Is there a workaround? I'd be much happier if the software would load the proper information each time I open the individual carts.

Yep -- it's a pain. Don't think there's a workaround, but it seems the designers have been listening and Scott says there's a resolution to this problem in SCC Pro. Maybe it will make it to the regular version someday, too.

Although I can say that yes it will be address in Pro since Scott has already done so, I am also pretty sure it won't be addressed in the Basic version (unless there are a ton of people that really really whine a lot about it to get them to think it needs it maybe? dunno on that lol).

The reason I say this is because the Basic version is geared to the small shop owner that is most likely only running their own little shop and nothing more, not needing a lot of tweaks and just wanting to get online with their business.
The Pro version is geared to the high end shop owners, website developers that are creating multiple shops and needing more fine tuning in their tweaking abilities.

Because of this, the Basic version hasn't so far as I've seen been addressed to getting this issue adjusted. Now just because say this doesn't mean it won't be lol, just saying I haven't seen anyone so far say that it will be addressed in the Basic version, only in the Pro. Might want to give thought to upgrading when that comes out as it will be quite a nice investment for all the added features and adjustments that it will contain.

I think I remember at some point that the basic version will get an upgrade when the pro version comes out. Not sure if that issue will be address, but it seems like an easy issue to address.
