I was recently prompted to download an update for Shopping Cart Pro which I did (version 3.9 build 4296) and since then
I have this error message ("Failed to check licence for theme" "Theme path cannot be empty")
coming up whenever I try to preview my shop in a browser or if I try to export my shop for upload. I have not moved my theme. Any thoughts?

It doesn't show up under themes. It's been a while but I believe it used to show up under MyThemes but nothing shows up there now.

Weird, I also have this error and it seems my theme has been deleted.
What files do I need to download from the website to restore my theme ?

If it is a default theme that came with SCC or SCCP, then simply re-install the program and it should be there.

If it is a theme you purchased after the fact, then go to https://www.coffeecup.com/help/myproducts/themes/
and download the theme again. Then double-click on the theme file to install it.
