Hi Scott
I was hoping for an off-line payment feature in the release.
I cannot see that feature so can I ask for it to be considered for next release.
We have 2 off-line scenarios.
1. Members have an account and order goods. They come to the club to collect them and we invoice at month end.
2. Members place one off orders and come into club collect their goods and pay by cash or cheque.

We can create shipping methods eg on account and customer collect no problem.
However we do not want to select an on line payment process.
We need a feature to enter the customers name and e-mail address on the view cart page and be able to send the e-mail to the customer as order confirmation and a copy for ourselves to assemble the order.

At present we have a work around where the customer cuts and pastes the order details from the view cart page onto a form created by CC form builder. They enter their name and e-mail the form to us.

Right now this is sort of implemented. You can publish a catalog that removes all abilities to process payments. You could the add a simple contact form on each product details page to collect information.

I don't think anything more integrated will happen for quite a few versions or at least until things like discounts, coupons and digital downloads are supported.

That's a nice feature. Can you publish a cart/catalog in which some items have no abilities to process payments, but others do have? Mix and match?

Sorry, but no, it is all or nothing.

Thanks, its not a problem. The catalog feature is still welcome. I'll be upgrading to pro soon, before the promo ends, certainly. Its looking good! :)

Taking Scott's suggestion for a form for contact details further (depending on how many products you have of course hehe which could be a big job but might be worth it in the end).

How about making a form that you put on a separate page of your site that incorporates dropdown menu's and whatever is needed with checkboxes or input boxes for amounts, etc. for all your products? Give your customers the ability to use the Catalog system of the Cart Creator system to view your products and have another page with the form to fill out for the products. This would then collect all the needed info for account info, and also all the info for their orders at the same time. Might work pretty good I would think :)

This software looks great but is absolutely unusable for me until it can create coupons, gift certificates, and sale prices that expire at a specified time and date. If I purchased it, can you tell me how long it will be before at least the coupons part would be available?

Our target date is 4-6 weeks after the launch of SCC Pro. The developers have already started working on it. ;)

Hi,

Just working on the weights/delivery.

I have a florist shop & need a list of local areas for same day delivery & a list for next day delivery via courier. Obviously the weights are N/A but I will use 1 as default & hide on site - which is fine.

I have listed all the local towns & villages using "|" as separator in the location manager & called shipping methods "Local Delivery" & "Next Day Delivery" - which is fine.

It would be good to:-

1.Have a way of adding a list of a. towns & villages & b. postcodes to the predefined lists. ie. and my own list. As the lists will be different for each shipping method.

2. Fill in the prices from a .csv file like for the product data so I don't have to tediously go through manually filling it in. Don't worry Scott, I will not mention "commas" again - whoops sorry I just did.

Thanks
