Question About Pro Version - Page 4

I have attempted to change the background color for the page, menu and submenu and still have a white area showing under the "view your cart" (in the cart summary properties) in an area (about 5% off of the left border) and above the footer that for whatever reason seems un-selectable.

Any ideas on which setting might control this space?

It depends on which CCSC Designer you have: regular or pro. I don't think regular has the option, but in pro that area is related to the main content area not the menu (I believe).

I have discovered some machines are displaying my products in a list and not across the screen. 2 of my older computers running windows 2000 are doing this and when I was showing a friend my shop it appeared in a list on hers too eg one under the other. Is this something to do with CSS. Is there a setting I need to change?? or is it in the code? I haven't found any answers using Google yet. I don't think it is the resolution settings. Can some one shed some light on this problem. My personal machine is running Vista Ultimate with a 22inch flat screen. The others are older screens.

I would like to change the width of the shopping cart pages.....
the style.css comment says not to change the auto-generated code.
I know I saw the 800px size somewhere, but can't find it now.

I need the cart pages to be 600px

thank you

Bob. I have noticed that if I change the padding and margins around the products, this will alter the space available to each of them. If their combined space takes up more than that which is available in one line, the products will shift down onto the next line. Have you made those kind of changes maybe?

Hi - I have two questions, if anyone has an answer...

I just bought the SCC and SCD (not PRO) a couple of months ago, and I love them. BUT... I have had one issue, and a customer mentioned another today.

My issue is having a category go over multiple pages - I have a lot of items in some categories, and I don't want to have a long scrolling page. I'd like to be able to point the customer to the next page without them having to go back to the categories list to do so. Is there any way to add a "next" or "page 2" in SCD PRO or planned for SCC PRO?

The issue mentioned by my customer is that there is no search function - I think this is something that is being added to one of the PRO products. Is that correct?

Thank you!

There is a search function planned for pro. However, the page issue is a good point, that I do not believe was addressed for the pro release. Honestly, you may be the first to have mentioned it.
