How long is the special offer likely to run for? I've been flat out on a bunch of programming tasks so I've not had chance to try s-drive yet and nor will I for a little longer. Having said that $19 is nothing really so if its ending soon I'll just grab it now - its probably worth it just for the extra themes anyway. If I have a bit of time then I'll wait as there is no point in starting my 6 months off if I'm not using it!

If at the end of 6 months I decide I don't need the webbie package I take it it downgrades back down to one freebie stream? And if that happens will the powerpost thing still work?

As an old-school webmaster I've not really figured out the benefits of this yet so don't know if I'd stick with it. It seems to be hosting with some bloggy content management features for three sites? I run a lot more than three sites and at the moment host most of them on a single $10 a month hosting plan. If I moved them all to s-drive then I'd need quite a lot of accounts so I don't know if it'll work out for me yet. But I know CC rocks so I'll give it a try :-)

I can't really say when that may stop. It could be tomorrow, next week or next month. All I can suggest is if you think you may want it, get it now before it is gone. ;)

S-Dive plans are always month to month, so you can cancel at any time. So in 6 months if you do not want it any longer, just cancel your account. This will then delete the additional websites.

Power Post currently works with all plans.

Hi Scott,
Can you explain the special being discussed here a little more? I have not activated any stream as of yet but would like to know more about this before it goes away.

Thanks,
Kirk

Before I got the Webby account, if I clicked on the Site tab in my dashboard, it let me know I didn't have a site (which was true) - now if I click the Site or Settings tabs I get this:

When I tried adding a site - after typing in a name - that same message came up.
I've gone through all my emails from CC and I guess I just don't know what I'm looking for. How do I prove I'm human so I can use my S-Drive accounts? :D

You would have received an activation e-mail from us that you had to click to confirm your account. Did you check your SPAM filters to make sure it is not in there? I have gone a head and manually activated your account for you.

Thanks, Scott!
I do check my spam, since all the V**gr* offers coming into my mailbox tend to push the real stuff into the junk box (that's where I usually find CC messages):lol::lol:
