Hey guy's, so i've been told you can make a form for subscribers to your website, I was wondering if I could create just an e-mail button with the words "subscribe" above the type in e-mail box, and still have a contact page form on my page? I have a mail chimp account now i'm just trying to see what I can do.. thank you for your help I appreciate it!

Yes, Just name each form something different.;)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I'm actually going through the settings, and for an auto response message it's asking for a "To:" someone for auto response, and there isn't any link to a selection for that part. I just want to have a subscriber e-mail that I can mass e-mail a group of customers with. :/

Does Mailchimp have their own subscribe code snippet? I know Constant Contact does, so you don't have to make your own subscribe form, just copy/paste the code and the form adds new subscribers automatically to your mailing list.
I might use Mailchimp with an upcoming project, so was wondering about this. :)

Hey paintbrush, I'm not sure of MailChimp's capabilities but i'm going to put it to the test :), Mailchimp charges though, to do a mass e-mail for subscribers, they give you free e-mail it's just not able to mass message. :/

Yes, they have a code to insert a sign-up form. I think you can modify it to match your web site, but you may have to play with it. I've used the base form before and it's pretty generic.

Gunsmoke i'm not using mailchimp, i'm using web form builder lite, mail chimp is just for subscribers and to get a mass message out, but I don't think it works without having to pay for it. I might have to go somewhere else. :/

Mailchimp is FREE until you reach a specific level. It can be used to create mailing lists and/or to do mass mailings.

I just seen where it said you have to have a paid account to mass message.. I'm not going to do that, i'll just go down the list and e-mail one by one.

If you have fewer than 2,000 subscribers, you can send up to 12,000 emails per month absolutely free.
