Live Chat is flash based so you might want to reconsider using it. There are a few open source chats avaiable but I was hoping CC would convert theirs.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

OH yes, Eric I'll stay away from flash as I feel the market leans towards mobile and Adobe in all their wisdom gave up on the phone .

Actually Adobe didn't give up on the phone, the phone gave up on Adobe :)

Most smartphone companies don't want to support flash on their devices because they feel it takes up to much resources and battery life.

So we don't have a choice to use our battery on what we want?

The theory is when you view a website or whatever that has a flash built gallery or video or whatever it uses a lot of you battery power.

It also has to do with MB. Flash takes up a lot of data VS a regular HTML page and it also has to reference several files. Which all takes up your precious data.
