Cannot position element within a...

Sometimes when I click in an area, an element will move out of its position to somewhere else. The frustrating part is when you cannot reposition the element to where it belongs. Everytime I try to reposition the element, the insertion line will go to the top of the column, and I am trying to insert at the bottom of the column. When I release my mouse, the element goes anywhere it wants to go except where I need it to go. Are there any solutions to this problem?

Hi
I have tried replicate your problem but everything seems to work ok for me
Could be you need to open a support ticket for this one.

You may even have to re-install RLM but then thats for the CC Guru's to say not me.

You could try uploading your project (zipped if it's large) so we can take a look first

I think I've seen this a few times while working on RLM projects. I use ctrl + z.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Another thing you can do is use the inspector. Select the element you want to position and drag and drop it to where you want it to appear (within the inspector not the canvas).

Thank You!!!!! You guys and gals are awesome!!!! I was prototyping my application in RLMP and forgot I have RSD. I just need to remember tools that I have ... and especially their features!!!

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
