Can not login in RED - Post ID 299255

I have a valid account with CC and every other CC app lets me login when asked. RED fails to login.
I have dashes (-) in my email address and it is quite long, could that be why it fails?
my email address is mike at world-class-multimedia dot com.

Please let me know as I cannot use some features of RED as a result.

Do you get any error messages when trying to log in?

I see you're using an extremely old version. probably time to upgrade.
There should be an update available next to the download button on your products page.
