Anyone else having problems viewing in Split-viewing pane? I'm using 12v and Windows 8. It just keeps freezing so I have to shut it down but have the same problem when opening again.

Hiya G'Kar,

Have you checked to see if a script is tying it up? Try disabling any scripts you have in the page and see if that fixes it. If you don't have any then I'd definitely suggest opening a support ticket. Let us know what you find out. :)

No Jo Ann there's no scripting on it, how do you open a support ticket?
Thanks

On the top right hand corner of this page under your name in the menu bar it should drop down. Go to Your Support Room. Create new ticket there.

At the top of the page, right hand side of the menu area you'll see your account name.
Mouse over that and in that menu that pops up choose Your Support Room.
Now click the big blue button that says Open a Support Topic or click the link to the same on the right hand menu and that will open a support ticket to CC.
Good luck with it!

Great Scott :D:lol: has fixed the problem. It was because my code wasn't validated, here's me thinking if it didn't have a 100 errors it was validated  Seriously it only had 4 errors and none I would of thought would make a difference, very strange, but never mind fixed it is.

This video shows what I consider to be a split screen. I can't find that on my HTML Editor 16.1. I almost always have the floating preview (F11) open, but I desperately need to edit the HTML file and the CSS file simultaneously. How can I open that split-screen version (3-panel using the F12 previewer)?

The video you are referring to is not showing the Html Editor. It is an old video showing the Mac version, Web Editor, which is not supported anymore.

The HTML Editor does not have the 3 ways preview. You can toggle the split-screen using F12, but it has only one coding window and one preview window. If you update to the latest version, which is 17.0.864, you can arrange the split screen side by side or one above the other.

Ha en riktig god dag!
