Is there any way to sort the snippets in the HTML editor into folders or groups?

I see no way to create folders for snippets.

However, they are sorted alphabetically. So, if you want to 'group them' then simply start a group with a particular letter, or group of letters, and they will be placed together.

example...

image-snippet1
image-snippet2
music-snippet1
music-snippet2
etc ...

Someone else might know a better way, but this works for me

Yeah, that's what I've done. Easier to find them quickly that way. :)

I had a similar problem so I created my own solution. The easiest language to use to do it is Autohotkey. Allows a GUI interface. That is an easy way to store and insert any snippet you want all done by hot key.You will have to create the program though. I actually did it a different way as I could not find a ready made program to do what I wanted, but AHK is what the gamers use to control and interact with their games. You will find it easy plus there is a great community like this ready to give hints and help. Programing is no harder than creating web pages which actually is a program interpreted by a Browser. In a similar way VB works. With that you can give any program a little bit extra embellishment. The reason I use CC programs they are designed so well and are so accommodating.
