Every page I setup in FF is names index.html. Where can I change this? Doing it after exporting each page seems to create a very arduous and possibly error inducing process, what with nav links an all.

Hi Eugene,
At the top click on "Pages"
Then "Manage Project".
Now double click on the page name you want to edit.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

OK that works but it doesn't appear to give any control over the file extensions. I am going to be doing some additional PHP programing in these pages after I export the project. Any way to default to a .php extension?
