I have made a panorama tour kolor software when i use direct ftp to upload the files it makes out like it has done the upload includes a folder with a lot of sub folders and it misses a lot of image files in the sub folders why is it leaving out those files in sub folders

Are they php files? If so you can't use any of those on S-Drive.
