First things to ask would be:
1. Are you using the most recent version of the program? If not please update and try again.
2. What OS and version are you running on your computer?

Was this ever solved. I am now getting the same error when trying to delete some files folders (templ annd formdata). Both folders are empty.
Using the latest vesion of CC Direct FTP version 6.0 build 2014.
I don't want to put in a ticket yet if the problem was solved some other way.
