I have been using CC's DirectFTP for quite some time, and prior to that used Bullet Proof FTP and doesn't seem to matter what FTP program I use it's always around 50 kb/s upload. Tried the free version, used to also use WS FTP which was the same. Seems that any FTP program is always slow on the upload. I've always taken this as just how it is until just now when I was checking out the new version of the CC Web JukeBox program. This program is uploading at approx. 250 kb/s so there has to be something I can do to get faster uploads from an FTP program I would think?
Anyone have any clues on what I might try? Here's my specs and I am thinking it might be something I might need to do in the router settings, but not sure what setting I might need to do so any assistance would be appreciated whether it's router or something else to try:
AT & T DSL 6mb
Windows XP Pro SP3
Most recent versions of everything I think
Thanks in advance
