Nice look there Tim, but in Firefox 4 it has some issues with text and items being squeezed too close together. Here's a link to a screen shot I took so you can see what I mean:

I looked at in FF4, and it doesn't squeeze anything here. Sure you haven't enlarged the text, Jo Ann?

Nice site. I have a question. In the shopping cart, when I click on an image to open in the lightbox effect but the image is still tiny - I have to click a second time to enlarge that tiny image. That's pretty silly. Why not just have it open larger? After all, that is why people click on the image the first time.

Thanks Tom & Dazzy. I appreciate you looking at the store, and your kind complements.

I've gotten similar feedback on the image behaviour from several friends as well, and I agree this needs to be changed. I'm now playing with the pictures functions in SCD Pro & SCC Pro to make changes and still get the look I want.

The way the item details are now, I sized the large thumbnails to get a "matted/framed look" in the thumbnail window (A look I really like for the site.) Also, every image is sized/sharpened for how it will show on the site; that's important to maintain image quality for a photo site.

I wish that SCC Pro would just go to the 2nd (large) image when one clicks on the 1st (large thumbnail), then the small thumbnail wouldn't be needed and the desired behaviour - see a large image by clicking on the small one - would happen automatically. As it now functions, it's going to take some ingenuity and fiddling to achieve both the behaviour and look I'm shooting for.

Thanks again. Other ideas/thoughts always welcome.
Jim

Hiya Devek,

I have removed the first 2 links from your post above as they weren't created with VSD, or any other CoffeeCup product I could see on them. If I am mistaken and missed what was on them please let me know and repost the links and I will return them to the above post.

I'll give it a couple days to let you adjust the link to the crisbelford site as right now it doesn't work and just reverts me back to the default search for this internet connection (vacationing at in-laws). Please let me know if you get this link fixed or if this site is no longer functioning. If not I will remove the link at a later time.

Nice site Laurens although it's a little strange that all your titles are in English and the content of the paragraphs aren't. I'm not sure if you plan to keep it that way, but if so then the word Energizing is mispelled. You just have the part that is in bold and underlined mixed up. I'm sure the s is the English equivalent of the z so that's not a problem, just the ger is in the wrong order Engerising should be Energising
