I have a lot of clients that really want their e-mail address on their websites. Is there any way to do this without attracting a bunch of spammers? I use Visual Site Designer...can it be done with VSD?

Yes, make the email address an image.
The philosopher has not done philosophy until he has acted upon the mere conviction of his idea; for proof of the theory is in the act, not the idea.

I agree with The Philosopher. Use any shape, highlight it and select Advanced Text. In the box you can enter the text into the shape itself, making it a picture. Link the shape to the e-mail address. A mouse-over effect adds to it.
Are there any possiblity to get an HTML encrytion program? - I mean when some nosey people are looking at the source page they wont be able to see anythinb but crypted stuff??

Try pasting the code this page generates to a HTML box.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Well, that just converts the text to ASCII characters so it might fool spam bots but it won't exactly hide anything from nosey people looking at your page source.
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
I've used this site : http://hivelogic.com/enkoder/
It seems to work well to block both spammers and nosy visitors viewing the source code. I'm sure it's not perfect, but seems to work well.

There's no perfect solution but to never publish your address at all.

The mail address will still appear in the status bar of the browser.
Why not use a contact form instead?
