I have never seen this before. I have used coffee cup; however, my computer crashed
and I had to download again. When I try to add domains and the access, I see---

Server has replied: [421] Can't change directory to /var/ftp/ [/]


What am I doing wrong?

I would DBL check those ftp settings. Maybe you have an extra / in there.
