I guess some people are just lucky enough to get a really early copy of Microsoft products.
This one shows how to get rid of those crappy tiles and some other speed up things.

A Rose is Just a Weed in a Corn Patch!
Agree with previous member. But I still prefer Windows 7 version.
I had forgotten about this thread but found it again today. I finally did upgrade my win7 system, and I have had no problems so far, except some new ways to get to some things. I didn't have Chrome pinned to the task bar, but I've had no problems starting it.

I had the Windows Insider Preview on an oldish sysytem for quite some time, when Microsoft released the full version you got your Insider Preview upgrade to tha version. At the time it seemed ok, but, when I download the clean install version it slowed down for some reason which is strange since it was a clean install.
Not sure whether I will upgrade my fast system.

Hi, 'Head Cheese Cutter', haven't seen you here for quite some time!
I didn't have any insider preview, I just went for the upgrade that was offered and released this summer. I do think the system has got a bit faster. My machine was bought in 2011, but it is still working fine.

Hi Inger, yeah, long time no see.
If you go here:-
http://www.microsoft.com/en-GB/software-download/windows10?OCID=reserve_r_PostReserve_MediaCreationTool
When you get there you will need to go to the Norway section, you are clever enough to sort that out.
You can download Media Creator Tool.
You can use this to download a full install copy of Windows 10 for your system, you ask the tool to create an iso image which you then burn to a dvd and keep for whenever you have problems or want to do a clean install.
There is one thing you must remember if ever you need to do a clean install, in fact it is a good idea to do it as soon as possible.
When you install the upgrade Windows converts your win 8.1 Product Key into a Windows 10 key, if you don't make a note of the new key and you try and do a clean install you will not be able to activate.
Download Magic Jellybeen to find your Win 10 Product Key.
