You write: Go to C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\phpdata
...but your installer installed CoffeeCup in
users/##/AppData/Roaming, not in Program Files! (why?)
And phpdata does not exist there either.

If you are talking about the HTML Editor, the programme has been installed in the ../../roaming folder. Some other CC programmes also install the user files there, but the main progs. are in the program files(x86), at least on this machine (win7/64).

The reasoning behind why it's in the user area appdata directory instead of in the program files directory has to do with write permissions. Apparently Windows has altered the write permissions settings for programs installed in the program files directories and sometimes it's not possible. Since the CC programs all usually provide the ability to create a tree structure of directories within their program files directory it wasn't possible to have them installed there anymore as Windows wouldn't allow you to save there... or something to that order ... Scott am I even close?
