form width and item width on the form tab are both set at 75%, the max width is 300.
Try removing the div wrapper styling that you have the form code in.

Look at this xara test site. Page is set to 310px and placeholder is 302px. Fits nice.
http://gunsmoke.me/test/xara1/
My 'Element' properties width is set at 100%
Under Form Options I have item width 100% and Form width 300.
I used transparent theme and viola! No border.

Xara must be doing it behind the scene? I open Xara template, made a square box for my placeholder code, then copied the coding from coffeecup. I'm not sure where or how to remove it?
Xara is not doing it. I'll wait till you look at my site. And my settings. Now, I know your 'page' is bigger, but the placeholder doesn't have to be. And I think you did it correct. You simply draw a box in xara, make it a place holder and put the code in the 'body' of the placeholder.

Another quick note...if you buy the WFB then when you select 'newspaper' you can have a paypal option popup and collect the money right there. It's cool, and easy!

Still no luck. I'm going to delete my form and try starting from completely from scratch. If I resize my placeholder any smaller on width (less than 800) it causes the issue. I even tried deleting everything else off my test page (headers and navigation bars). I noticed that the boarder keeps showing back up even if I say no boarder and save then publish. Gah!
hallelujah! Starting completely over from scratch seemed to do the trick!
Gunsmoke - Seeing that you could do the same form in Xara gave me hope to try it again from a clean slate. I have no idea what I did to my original form to make it hate me so much, but I can now size my placeholder to 500px and it looks the same published online.
I can't thank you all for hanging in there with me on this and troubleshooting it. I will buy the product first thing in the morning simply because of the support on this blog alone! Tonight..my brain is toast.

Sometimes it takes a few shots to hit the bulls eye with some of these editors.
