If you can give a bit more information it might help those of us out here to know if we have the type of experience you are needing for your site should you decide to hire someone. It will also help those that might have your type of site to know if they have the type of things you are looking to see or get ideas from.

Some basic info would be:

What do you want your site to do?
--Just informational?
--Online Shopping?
--Complete Online Banking?

Things like this will help us all to know what you are looking for
