Hello

I have jut uploaded my first form to my server, it displays perfectly I add in my details and hit the submit button and then I get an error message saying Not Found The requested document was not found on this server.

I have re exported the form and re-uploaded it now a few times and each time I get the same error I am hosted on a Linux VPS with 1and1 if that helps.

Oh the address would be a good idea :)

Any help appreciated

Thanks in advance :)

Tried testing the form, but my valid, real, Norwegian phone number was not accepted, so you might want to look into what phone number formats are allowed.

What have you asked your form to do after it has been submitted? Have you configured it to open a specific document which has not yet been created or uploaded? Or perhaps has been uploaded to some place on the server that has not been specified in the form configuration?
Ha en riktig god dag!

Hello

Thanks for the reply, I have configured it to send the user to another html page on the site, this is setup and live http://www.sparklespembrokeshire.co.uk/messagesent.htm

It is not sending any emails either, it just seems to stall as soon as submit button is pressed.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply. I am using 2.3 is that not the latest and greatest?

I have also tried the same form on another VPS server, with a different provider and get exactly the same results, cannot figure it out, I was a long time user and flag flyer of the old web form builder I really do not like this new version at all!

I think the issue is you have not uploaded all the files. If your form is here at http://www.sparklespembrokeshire.co.uk/ … ntact.html then you should be able to go to http://www.sparklespembrokeshire.co.uk/contact.php but I get a 404. Where is that PHP file?
