Web Form Builder - signature - Post...

I have a waiver I would like to place on our web site. We would like to have our customers sign a waiver online to print and bring in to us. (At the same time a copy be sent to us via a database) Is this possible with Web Form Builder?

Short answer is yes.

Long answer requires a definition of what you mean by 'sign a waiver online'.

You can definitely show your waiver on web form builder and have a user 'tick' a box saying that they had read and understood it. You can also collect the name and email. All this can be saved on your server in a CSV or MySQL file for later reference.

There is no print button so you would have to add one via the HTML field. Shouldn't be to hard.

The problem is proving who signed or agreed to what online because you don't 'really' know who is filling out your form. But I think it should work for you.

Let us know if you have any more questions.
